Academic Network on
Global Education Learning (ANGEL)
GENE has since its inception collaborated with researchers and research institutions to ensure that policy is based on research.
Since 2015, GENE has worked with University of Oulu, Finland, University of Bamberg, Germany and the Institute of Education (IoE) at University College London (UCL), UK (host) to establish ANGEL. GENE co-founded this network, which now has more than 600 members in 70 countries, to strengthen policy focused research and to form a bridge between policymakers and researchers in Global Education.
With support from the European Commission, this has developed into the establishment of a pan-European network of GE and DEAR researchers through co-operation with existing and emerging academic networks in the field.
How to apply?
The Network is free to join for researchers and policymakers in Global Education. For further information about the network and how to apply, please contact Prof. Massimiliano Tarozzi, DERC, at massimiliano.tarozzi [at] unibo.it or visit the ANGEL website.
